PAPRIKA DESIGN offers the sale of personalized products through its online store.

Given the personalized nature of these products, the specific provisions detailed below are established.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

All products offered by PAPRIKA DESIGN are made to order and customized, therefore NO returns, cancellations or refunds are accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors directly attributable to PAPRIKA DESIGN.

The CLIENT is responsible for providing the correct and complete information, texts, images, logos, names, dates or other elements required for personalization.

If the data provided is incorrect or incomplete, PAPRIKA DESIGN will not be responsible for errors in product customization.

DELIVERY TIMES

Each product has an estimated production and delivery time, which is specified in the item description within the online store.

If the CUSTOMER purchases more than one product with different delivery times, the entire order will be shipped as soon as the product with the longest production time is ready.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Once the order has been handed over to the courier company, delivery times will be subject to the policies of the parcel service, therefore PAPRIKA DESIGN will not be responsible for delays, damages, losses or incidents attributable to the courier company.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. In case of errors in the delivery information, any additional costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility.
